Returns & Refunds

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original condition

    • With all tags and original packaging

What Can’t Be Returned

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered

  • Products without original tags or packaging

Refunds

  • Once we receive and check the item, we’ll confirm if your refund is approved.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method or as agreed.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You can exchange your item for:

    • A different size

    • A different color (subject to availability)

  • The item must be in its original condition with tags attached.
